Step 1: Secure Your Slot
To reserve your session, you’ll need to pay the session fee and complete a quick registration form. This form lets me know your due date, contact details, any specific requests, and the type of session you’re booking. It helps me prepare everything in advance for your arrival.

Once I’ve received your payment and form, I’ll confirm your due date and time in my diary. You’re all set from there!

This guide hasn’t changed in the 15 years I’ve been photographing newborns, because it works! It’s the perfect way to feel prepared and confident about what to expect.
Step 3: Contact Me When Baby Arrives
Once your little one has arrived, send me a quick text, email, or call to confirm the best date for your session. Since newborn sessions are ideally done within the first 21 days/3 weeks, firming up your date as soon as possible helps us make the most of this precious window.
Step 4: Arrive and Relax
When the big day arrives, all you need to do is show up with your little one and relax. I’ll take care of everything, from the props to the poses so you can enjoy watching the magic unfold. My goal is to create a calm and comfortable environment for you and your baby.
